Inside the home
What appliances and systems are included?
Each home comes with a refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and central heating and air.
Is there a washer and dryer, or hookups?
Each home has washer and dryer hookups. If you don't have your own, we can provide an in-unit washer and dryer for $50 per month.
Where do residents park?
There are small parking areas in front of each home, plus a few extra spaces for guests.
Is there a yard or outdoor space?
The homes sit on a wooded hilltop with trees and green space around them. Some of the units have a fenced backyard or back deck.
Cost & lease
What's due at signing?
One month's rent, plus a security deposit (equal to one month's rent), is due at lease signing.
What's the lease term?
Leases are generally 12 months.
Which utilities are included?
Water is included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for electric, sewer, internet, and a portion of the trash service cost.
Is renters insurance required?
Yes, renters insurance is required to cover liability and damages to the home.
Applying & moving in
How do I apply, and what do you look for?
After a tour, we'll walk you through a short application. We look for proof of income and a positive credit check and rental references.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a $40 application fee per adult applicant. This covers the cost of the credit and background check.
How soon could I move in?
It depends on what's open at the time. Availability changes, so it's best to reach out, and we'll tell you what's coming available and when.
Military families
Do you offer a military clause for PCS or deployment orders?
A lot of our residents are stationed at Columbus AFB, so we get it. Upon receiving PCS or deployment orders, we'll work with you to end your lease early.
Pets
Are pets allowed, and is there a deposit?
Yes. Cats and small-to-medium dogs are welcome with a one-time pet deposit of $150. There is also $25 per month pet rent.
Living here
Who handles lawn care and trash?
We take care of the lawn and grounds. There is a communal trash dumpster with weekly pickup.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the homes.
How do I request a repair?
Call or text us directly and we'll handle it.
Location & tours
Where exactly is Stonington?
We're in Columbus, Mississippi, tucked up a hill and behind the trees. We keep the exact address off the website to help the neighborhood stay quiet, and we'll share it when we set up your tour. It's about 7 minutes to the Columbus AFB gate and 8 minutes to downtown.
How do I schedule a tour?
