The short version: the only information this website collects is what you type into the tour request form, and we use it to answer you. We don't sell it, we don't share it, and we don't set cookies.

Who this is from
Stonington Townhouses LLC ("Stonington," "we," or "us") owns and manages the townhomes described on this site.
This policy covers this website, stoningtontownhouses.com, and nothing else. If you tour a home and decide to apply, the rental application is handled separately, in person, and is not part of this website.
What we collect
We collect only two things: what you send us through the tour request form, and anonymous visit counts.
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive:
- Your name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- Your phone number (required)
- Your ideal move-in date, if you give one
- Whether you have pets, if you tell us
- Whatever you write in the message box
We receive only what you type. There is no account to create, and the form collects nothing in the background.
Why we collect it
We collect this information to answer you. We use what you send to reply to your question, set up a tour, share the address, and follow up about what is coming available. That is the entire purpose.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with anyone for their own use. We do not send marketing emails, and we will not add you to a mailing list.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not follow anyone across other websites. What we see is counts, such as how many people opened the FAQ page last week. We cannot identify you from it.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to agree to.
Who else handles it
The companies that host and maintain this website also receive the tour request form submissions and pass them along to us. Like any web host, they keep standard server logs that include visitor IP addresses, used to keep the site running and secure.
There are no other parties involved. This site runs no advertising networks, no tracking pixels, no embedded maps, and no social media widgets.
How long we keep it
We keep tour requests for as long as we need to answer you and for a reasonable period after that, in case you get back in touch. We generally clear out inquiries older than two years. If you become a resident, your information moves into your tenant file and is kept under our normal record keeping.
Asking us to delete it
Call or text us at (662) 549-1777 and we will tell you what we have from your inquiry, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason.
If you would rather not send us anything through the website at all, just call instead of using the form.
Children
This site is meant for adults looking for a place to rent. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something through the form, call us and we will delete it.

If you follow a link away from stoningtontownhouses.com, this policy no longer applies, and we are not responsible for how another site handles your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
